Cranberry Chicken Salad

flour tortilla(s)

Place tortilla wedges on a baking sheet. Season to taste. Toast until crisp. Combine greens, pepper, chicken and scallions in a bowl. Toss with vinegar, oil and sesame seeds. Complement with tortilla crisps.
