Cinnamon-Raisin French Toast

Heat a non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray over medium heat. Coat bread with egg substitute. Add bread to pan and cook until browned; turning to brown on other side. Remove to a plate, spread with margarine, sprinkle with cinnamon, drizzle with syrup and top with drained raisins. Enjoy with glass of milk.
