Chicken over Sautéed Squash

Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add squash slices, onion flakes and season to taste. Sauté until tender, stirring occasionally. Place on plate and top with chicken and broiled tomatoes. Combine bulgur, lemon juice, parsley and scallions in a small bowl and mix well. Serve with chicken.
