red bell pepper

1 cup(s), cut into 1 inch chunks

cooked long grain brown rice

Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce and oil. Heat grill or broiler. Place chicken on a metal skewer one piece at a time, alternating with zucchini, mushrooms and pepper. Season to taste. Grill or broil until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with rice.
