Marinate chicken in teriyaki sauce and oil. Heat grill or broiler. Place chicken on a metal skewer one piece at a time, alternating with zucchini, pepper and mushrooms. Season to taste. Grill or broil until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with buttered rice.
