Beef rump steak, raw

120 g, fat trimmed (Buy 150g)

Green string beans, cooked without added fat

150 g, steamed

Notes

Boil 200g orange sweet potato (kumara) (chopped) for 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and mash with ½ tsp olive oil and 2 tbs skim milk. Season and stir through handful baby spinach leaves. Rub 150g lean rump steak (fat trimmed) with ½ tsp olive oil and season. Cook on a hot chargrill pan for 1 minute each side. Serve Steak with mash and 150g steamed green beans.
