Yogurt Cream with Dried Fruit and Nuts
plain lowfat Greek yogurt
3 cup(s), or other brand
shelled pistachio nuts
¼ oz, chopped
- Divide the yogurt among 4 wineglasses or dessert dishes. Drizzle with the honey, then sprinkle with the cherries and pistachios. Serve at once. Yields (3⁄4 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon honey, 2 tablespoons dried cherries, and 1 tablespoon pistachios per serving.
