Uncooked 95% lean ground beef

Chili seasoning mix

Canned diced tomatoes with green chilies

Romaine lettuce
2 cup(s), shredded

Shredded cheddar cheese

Plain fat free Greek yogurt
8 Tbsp
Store-bought guacamole (no oil or sugar)

Instructions

In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles.

Cook for 6-8 minutes and drain fat.

Stir in chili seasoning mix, canned tomatoes and green chiles, and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until thickened, 18-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Just before serving, cut open chip bags, adding beef mixture and toppings. Enjoy!
