Uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast

22½ oz, (but you'll need to start with four 7-ounce skin-on bone-in split chicken breasts)

Table salt

1 tsp

Black pepper

½ tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  2. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place on prepared baking sheet. Bake until instant-read thermometer inserted in the center of chicken reaches 165°F, about 30 minutes. Separate chicken from bone; remove and discard skin.
  3. Serving size: 1 boneless skinless breast
