Ingredients

Nutritional yeast

1.5 Tbsp

Garlic powder

0.25 tsp

Italian seasoning

0.25 tsp

Table salt

0.5 tsp

Silken tofu

12 oz

Self-rising flour

2.5 cup(s)

Cooking spray

2 spray(s)

Instructions

1

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment.

2

In a small bowl, combine the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp salt. Set aside.

3

In a blender or food processor, puree the tofu until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl. Add the flour and salt. Stir to combine. With hands, knead until dough comes together in a mostly smooth ball(dust hands with a little extra flour to avoid too much sticking).

4

Cut the dough ball in half. Divide each half into 5 pieces for a total of 10 pieces. Roll, stretch, and shape each piece into a 4-inch log. Place on lined baking sheet. Coat dough logs with cooking spray. Sprinkle evenly with the nutritional yeast mixture.

5

Bake breadsticks for 20 minutes. Then broil on High for 1 minute, until tops are golden brown.
