This Italian-inspired dinner is a fabulous quick meal for one, or easily multiplied for a crowd. You'll soon find yourself making it over and over again, as you can get this impressive-looking steak and two sides on the table in under half an hour, believe it or not! After seasoning the steak, simply cook it in a grill pan or cast-iron pan for about six minutes, then thinly slice it, and it's ready to go. The steak, cannellini beans, and broccoli are drizzled with a garlic-rosemary oil that is briefly heated up in the microwave so the ingredients have a chance to infuse. A quick squeeze of fresh lemon juice over top helps bring the whole dinner together.
