Tuscan steak with white beans and baby broccoli

This Italian-inspired dinner is a fabulous quick meal for one, or easily multiplied for a crowd. Swap in regular broccoli for the baby broccoli (AKA broccolini) if you prefer.

Cooking spray

Uncooked lean flank steak
4 oz
Sea salt

Black pepper

Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp
Jarred minced garlic
0.5 tsp
Rosemary
0.5 tsp
Canned cannellini beans
0.5 cup(s)
Cooked baby broccoli
1 cup(s)
Lemon

Coat a stove-top grill pan with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Season steak with salt and pepper; cook, turning once, until cooked to desired doneness, about 6 minutes for medium-rare. Let stand 3 minutes; thinly slice.

Meanwhile, put oil, garlic and rosemary in small cup; microwave just until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Arrange steak, beans and baby broccoli on a plate; drizzle oil mixture over top. Season with salt and pepper; serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon.
