Your lunchtime turkey sandwich should be easy but also delicious. We get there with a few special touches like creamy avocado and crisp bacon that we cooked in advance. Be sure to layer the fillings in the order we specify so that the wrap doesn’t get soggy.

Dijon mustard

Low carb, high fiber tortilla wrap
1 tortilla(s), whole-wheat, 8-inch
Arugula
½ cup(s)
Deli sliced turkey breast
2 oz
Cucumber
⅓ cup(s), very thinly sliced
Tomato
3 slice(s)
Avocado
½ medium, thinly sliced
Cooked crisp center cut bacon

Instructions

Spread the mustard evenly over the tortilla. Down the middle of the tortilla, arrange (in this order) the arugula, turkey, cucumber, tomato, avocado, and bacon. Roll up the tortilla.
