Garlic powder

Plain fat free Greek yogurt

No sugar added fat free marinara sauce

Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Coat the inside of a 10-inch cast-iron or other ovenproof skillet with the cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, and black pepper. Add the yogurt and stir to bring together, then knead the dough in the bowl with hands until smooth (about 2 minutes).

Stretch and spread dough to cover the bottom of the prepared skillet in an even layer. Spoon the marinara sauce on top and sprinkle with 2/3 of the cheese. Top with the pepperoni. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

Bake 30 minutes, or until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
