Homemade pizza for one is easier than you think when you start with store-bought pizza dough. Pair this recipe with Italian vegetable soup or an arugula-tomato salad. Multiply the recipe to make as many individual pizzas as you need, or make one big pizza for a fast family dinner at home. Turkey pepperoni is a wonderful substitute for regular pepperoni but don't just use it for pizza - chop some up and add it to scrambled eggs, or layer in a sandwich instead of ham or salami. To make this recipe even quicker, use your favorite jarred tomato sauce.
