Coat an outdoor grill rack or a stovetop grill pan with cooking spray. Prepare the outdoor grill to medium-high heat, or heat the grill pan over medium-high.

In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions, shaping each into a ¾–inch-thick patty. Arrange the patties on the grill rack or grill pan. Close the grill lid or loosely tent the grill pan with foil; grill the patties until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side.

Onto the bottom half of each burger bun, layer 1 lettuce leaf, 1 tomato slice, and 1 burger patty. Spread 1 tbsp dressing onto each burger patty and top evenly with the bacon, eggs, and avocado. Top with the top halves of the buns.
