A classic family staple, burgers are ideal fare for busy cooks with hungry families.
Ingredients

cooking spray

1 spray(s)

uncooked extra lean ground turkey breast

1 pound(s)

uncooked red onion(s)

½ medium, chopped

egg(s)

1 large, beaten

fresh parsley

2 Tbsp, fresh, chopped

garlic clove(s)

1 medium clove(s), minced

dried tarragon

½ tsp

table salt

½ tsp

black pepper

¼ tsp, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler. Spray the broiler rack with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Lightly combine the turkey, onion, egg, parsley, garlic, tarragon, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Form into 4 burgers. Broil 4 inches from heat until brown, about 5 minutes on each side (fries and the roll add extra POINTS values).
