15½ oz, rinsed and drained
Cremini mushroom
2 cup(s), sliced, or white variety, thickly sliced
Chili powder

Instructions

Heat oil in Dutch oven over medium heat. Add bell pepper, onion, and garlic; cook, stirring, until onion is softened, about 5 minutes. Add turkey and cook, breaking it apart with wooden spoon, until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.

Add tomatoes, beans, mushrooms, chili powder, cumin, oregano, and salt to Dutch oven; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, until vegetables are tender, about 30 minutes.
