Canned chunk white tuna in water

Vidalia onion

½ small, finely minced (about 1/3 cup)

Celery

1 rib(s), medium, finely minced (about 1/3 cup)

Mayonnaise

Instructions

Place tuna in a mixing bowl and flake with a fork until very fine. Add onion, celery, and mayonnaise; mix well. Season with a pinch of salt, if desired.
