You just can’t beat a classic tuna salad when it’s time for lunch. Rolled up in a wholegrain flatbread with some lettuce, it makes a simple and satisfying midday meal. If your bread gets soggy, line it with the lettuce leaves and then layer on the tuna. Just make sure the lettuce is dry.

Water-packed tuna fish, drained
3 oz
Reduced calorie mayonnaise
2 Tbsp
Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp
Bell pepper(s)
1 Tbsp
Celery
1 Tbsp
Dijon mustard
1 tsp
Dill
0.5 tsp
Lettuce
2 leaf/leaves, large
Instructions

In a medium bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, yogurt, red pepper, celery, mustard, and dill; season with salt and pepper (optional).

To assemble wrap, spread tuna salad onto wrap, cover with lettuce leaves, and roll up, beginning at rounded end. Cut in half and enjoy!
