Here's a tropical-inspired breakfast or snack that's easily adaptable for every season. Try halved grapes and chopped banana in the fall, diced mango and sliced strawberries in the spring, and halved clementine segments and chopped pears in the wintertime.

Papaya

Kiwifruit

½ medium, peeled and diced

Pineapple

¼ cup(s), diced fresh

Fat free cottage cheese

Sweetened coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Stir together papaya, kiwifruit, and pineapple in a small bowl. Spoon cottage cheese into a small serving bowl. Top cottage cheese with fruit mixture and sprinkle with coconut.
