This fresh, savory fish taco is swimming in flavor. The shredded cabbage provides great crunch while the cheese mingles well with the seasoning and the salsa to deliver a delicious kick.

Uncooked tilapia fillet(s)

Shredded reduced fat Mexican-style cheese

Cooking spray

Corn tortilla(s)

Shredded red cabbage

Instructions

Preheat oven broiler. Coat tilapia fillets with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and seasoning. Broil for 3 to 4 minutes, or until fish easily flakes.

Lay tortillas out on your work surface. Place 1 fillet, ½ cup cabbage and 1 oz cheese in each tortilla. Fold up and serve each with 2 tbsp salad and 1 tbsp yogurt.
