These 3 ingredient muffins are made with pantry staples, are ready in under 15 minutes, and come out super moist and tasty. No wonder there are variations of the recipe all over the internet! Customize the recipe to your liking: Experiment with different cake mix flavors, and try a variety of add-ins such as frozen blueberries, chopped nuts, or pumpkin seeds. Make sure to buy canned pumpkin puree which is pure pumpkin and not canned pumpkin pie filling which has added sugar.

Canned pumpkin puree

Unprepared spice cake mix

Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

Preheat air fryer to 350℉.

In a medium bowl, combine pumpkin and cake mix. Gently fold in chocolate chips. Spoon ¼ cup batter into each of 12 silicone muffin cups.

Air fry muffins (in batches if necessary) until cooked through and golden, about 8 to 12 minutes (depending on air fryer).
