Instructions

Combine onion, garlic, carrots, chili powder, oregano, jalapeño, salt, and black pepper in 5- to 6-quart slow cooker and stir. Add remaining ingredients and stir again. Cover and cook until pork is very tender, 6–8 hours on Low or 3–4 hours on High.
