Thin Crust Cheeseburger Pizza

Flatout Rustic white Artisan thin pizza crust1 flatbread(s)
cooked 95% lean ground beef2 oz
fresh tomato(es)1 ½ medium, cut into medium pieces and divided
shredded fat-free mozzarella cheddar cheese blend¼ cup(s)
pickled jalapeno peppers2 Tbsp
lettuce¼ cup(s), chopped, shredded
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Place pizza crust on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 2 minutes.
- Remove from oven, and sprinkle pizza crust with cheese. Next, arrange ground beef and 1 cup tomato slices. Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
- Top with remaining tomatoes, shredded lettuce, jalapeño slices, and mustard.
- Cut into slices, and serve.
