Cooked 95% lean ground beef

Tomato
1½ medium
Shredded fat free mozzarella cheddar cheese blend
¼ cup(s)
Pickled jalapeño peppers
2 Tbsp, chopped
Lettuce
¼ cup(s), chopped
Mustard
2 Tbsp
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Place pizza crust on a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake for 2 minutes.

Remove from oven, and sprinkle pizza crust with cheese. Next, arrange ground beef and 1 cup tomato slices. Bake until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.

Top with remaining tomatoes, shredded lettuce, jalapeño slices, and mustard.

Cut into slices, and serve.
