Scallions

3 medium, thinly sliced

Salsa

Reduced calorie mayonnaise

Light wheat hot dog bun

3 Tbsp, lightly packed fresh leaves

Instructions

  1. Toss shrimp, scallions, salsa, mayonnaise, and salt in a medium bowl. Toast rolls and fill with shrimp mixture. Sprinkle with cilantro.
