1 medium, peeled and cut into thirds
Peach
1 large, halved, pitted, and peeled
Dried dates
5 medium, pitted
Plain fat free yogurt

Ground cinnamon

Apple juice
⅔ cup(s)
Dry textured vegetable protein (TVP)
¼ cup(s), coarse grain, or unflavored soy isolate protein powder
