Streusel-Topped Oven-Roasted Peaches

Sprinkle 1/2 cup raspberries or sliced strawberries around each dessert.

slivered almonds2 Tbsp, or whole blanched variety, chopped
unsalted butter1 Tbsp, cut into pieces
fat free frozen yogurt no sugar added1 cup(s), vanilla flavored
- Preheat the oven to 425°F.
- Arrange the peach halves, cut side up, in a 2-quart shallow baking dish.
- With your fingers, rub together the brown sugar, flour, almonds, and butter until a crumbly mixture forms. Top the peach halves evenly with the streusel mixture, pressing lightly so it adheres. Bake until the peaches are tender and the topping is browned, about 15 minutes. Serve warm with the frozen yogurt. Yields 2 peach halves and 1/4 cup frozen yogurt per serving.
