This strawberry-vanilla shake is a perfect summer dessert. Vary the berries for this sweet treat according to what's freshest and in season: Try blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries—or a combination of all three. This easy 5-minute recipe is nut-free, but feel free to add walnuts or almonds, which would also taste great.

Fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix

Fat free skim milk

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients; puree until smooth.
  2. Serving size: 1 1/4 cups

Notes

*You need half a 1 ounce package.This shake thickens if allowed to stand. If desired, add 1/4 cup of fat-free milk to each serving to thin to drinking consistency or eat it with a spoon.
