After a few whirls in the blender, creamy cheeses and sweet fruits come together with delicate ladyfingers in single-serving parfait glasses. The best part? You can prep this recipe in advance and keep it in the freezer until you're ready to serve dessert. It's a great option for holiday dinners when you're strapped for time, and guests will love its elegance and decadence.
