This easy, no-bake version of the classic Italian dessert has all of tiramisu's traditional rich flavor with much less prep time. After a few whirls in the blender, creamy cheeses and sweet fruits come together with delicate ladyfingers in single-serving parfait glasses. The best part? You can prep this recipe in advance and keep it in the freezer until you're ready to serve dessert. It's a great option for holiday dinners when you're strapped for time, and guests will love its elegance and decadence.

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, purée ricotta, cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and orange zest. Transfer to a medium bowl and fold in whipped topping.

  3. Spoon 1 tbsp strawberry purée into each of six wine glasses. Top each with two ladyfinger halves. Spoon another tbsp purée over ladyfingers. Top with half the sliced strawberries, then half the cheese mixture. Top with remaining ladyfingers. Spoon on remaining purée, berries, and cheese mixture.
