Strawberry mint fruit salad

Strawberry frozen yogurt bar
¼ cup(s), diced
¼ cup(s), raw
Canned pineapple packed in juice
Fresh mint leaves
1 tsp, minced
Fat free cottage cheese
- Place bar in a microwaveable safe bowl and heat for 15-20 seconds or until melted.
- Toss with diced fruit and fresh mint and serve over cottage cheese. Yields 1½ cups per serving.
