Stir together strawberries and sour cream in large bowl; gently fold in whipped topping just until blended.

Spoon 1/2 cup of strawberry mixture into each of 12 wineglasses or dessert dishes. Top each with 2 tablespoons cookies. Top evenly with remaining strawberry mixture and sprinkle with remaining cookies.
