This pretty dessert is a party showstopper and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser. The sweetness of the fruit (ripe strawberries, or another berry if you prefer) and honey meld deliciously with the tang of the Greek yogurt. If you can’t find pre-made chocolate angel food cake, the regular version will still make a delicious trifle. The recipe makes enough to serve a group of guests, or you can quarter the recipe and surprise your sweetie on Valentine's Day. You can even assemble the trifle more than 2 hours ahead, though the yogurt cream will firm up a bit and the cake will be a little wetter.
