Serve our zesty dip with fresh vegetable sticks or garlic-flavored pita toasts at your next party. It's sure to be a hit! Creamy and spicy, this 20-minute dip makes a wonderful party appetizer or game day snack. Cayenne pepper and chili sauce work together to bring the Creole heat. Sun-dried tomatoes add a hint of sweet while red bell pepper and green onions provide a little crunch. A bevy of flavor and texture stirred into a combination of cream cheese and yogurt is a hard combination to resist. You may need to make several batches!


Ingredients
Sun-dried tomatoes (without oil)
½ cup(s), dry-packed
Low fat cream cheese
8 oz, softened
Plain fat free yogurt
½ cup(s)
Chili sauce
¼ cup(s)
Bell pepper
4 Tbsp, chopped
Scallions
4 Tbsp, chopped
Garlic
1 clove(s), minced
Celery seeds
½ tsp
Cayenne pepper
⅛ tsp
Instructions

Place tomatoes in a small bowl. Cover with 1 cup of boiling water and allow to stand at room temperature for 10 minutes; drain and chop tomatoes.

Meanwhile, in another small bowl combine cream cheese, yogurt and chili sauce; mix well. Add tomatoes and remaining ingredients; mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. Yields about 2 tablespoons of dip per serving.
