Snacking made simple, this easy chickpea recipe is ready to bake in five minutes. Ordinary canned chickpeas cook to crunchy perfection with a light smoky flavor thanks to smoked paprika and cumin. A hint of heat comes from the cayenne pepper. Regulate that as you like to get your spice level just right. You can store the chickpeas at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 3 days. If they lose their crunch, pop them into a 350°F oven on a rimmed baking sheet for about 5 minutes.
