Low sodium soy sauce

Dark brown sugar

Jarred minced garlic

Minced ginger

Rice wine vinegar

Garlic chili paste

In shallow bowl, whisk all ingredients. Add 3 lb of salmon or other fish (eight 6-oz fillets) and turn to coat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes.
