Here's a simple, 3-ingredient, no-cook appetizer that will easily impress. It's equally great for dinner parties or fancy after-school snacks. Swap in different flavored cheese sticks, greens and meats to suit your tastes. Baby spinach, turkey and part-skim mozzarella is one great flavor combination. Baby romaine, jalapeno cheese sticks and ham is also tasty. If you have the time, tie each bundle with a chive instead of using toothpicks.

Light mozzarella string cheese

Prosciutto

Arugula

Cut each string cheese and piece of prosciutto lengthwise in half. Then cut each piece in half again so you have 16 pieces each cheese and prosciutto.

Take a few arugula leaves and place them under a piece of string cheese; wrap a piece of prosciutto around the outside and secure with a toothpick. Place on a platter; repeat with remaining ingredients.
