Sliders are a total win for game-days or warm summer nights where casual al fresco dining is key! The slow cooker works its magic marrying the sweetness of peaches, bite of onion and heat of chipotle chiles into a deeply flavorful barbecue sauce with tender chicken breast. The cool crunch of slaw is the perfect accompaniment on a crisp toasted bun. Serve a crowd with little effort and a ton of reward. This recipe doubles easily for an even bigger group.
