A little bit of wasabi paste goes a long way, providing sharp heat that’s balanced by the nutty sesame oil and vinegar.


Ingredients
Edamame in pods
2 cup(s), frozen
Unseasoned rice vinegar
1 tsp
Toasted sesame oil
¾ tsp
Prepared wasabi paste
½ tsp
Kosher salt
¼ tsp
Instructions

In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat. Add the edamame; cover and cook 5 minutes. Drain.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar, oil, and wasabi. Add the edamame; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with the salt.
