Uncooked string beans

Instructions

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add half of the green beans and cook, stirring frequently, until tender, 3 to 5 minutes (add a few tbsp of water if needed). Transfer the beans to a large bowl. Repeat with the remaining green beans. Add the salt and pepper to the beans and toss to coat. Add a squeeze of lemon juice and/or a sprinkle of fresh herbs, toss to coat.
