Ingredients

whole wheat pita(s)

2 item(s), split into rounds

olive oil cooking spray

2 spray(s)

sea salt

¼ tsp

black pepper

tsp, freshly ground

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Cut each pita round into 8 wedges. Place wedges on large baking sheet. Lightly spray on both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until crisp and lightly toasted, about 6 minutes.
  3. Let cool. Store at room temperature in airtight container up to 3 days. If chips lose their crispness, bake in 350°F oven about 3 minutes.
