Salt and Pepper Pita Chips

black pepper⅛ tsp, freshly ground
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut each pita round into 8 wedges. Place wedges on large baking sheet. Lightly spray on both sides with cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake until crisp and lightly toasted, about 6 minutes.
- Let cool. Store at room temperature in airtight container up to 3 days. If chips lose their crispness, bake in 350°F oven about 3 minutes.
