It takes only 5 minutes to toss together this mouth-watering dish and it travels well for cook-outs and early fall game day gatherings. If you don't want to go to the hassle of cutting and seeding a watermelon, use purchased cubes, most likely available in the refrigerator case of your market's produce section. Seedless watermelon is also available at many stores. For a really fun twist, use some red and some yellow watermelon cubes. Yellow watermelons can sometimes be found at local farmer's markets.
