roasted red peppers (packed in water)

½ cup(s)

harissa paste

1½ Tbsp, (sauce)

plain lowfat Greek yogurt

1 Tbsp

minced garlic

½ tsp

ground coriander

¼ tsp

cucumber(s)

½ cup(s), sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine roasted peppers, harissa, yogurt, garlic, and coriander in blender and puree. Spoon into small bowl and serve with cucumber.
