Hot, homemade bagels are a cinch with this 3-ingredient baked bagel recipe. Swap in your favorite flavor WW oatmeal cup and get creative with the toppings. Tasty combinations include pumpkin-spice bagels spread with peanut butter and topped with sliced banana, apple-cinnamon bagels spread with cream cheese and topped with thinly sliced pear, or cranberry-orange bagels spread with part-skim ricotta cheese and then sprinkled with orange zest.


Plain fat free Greek yogurt

6 oz

WW Pumpkin Spice Instant Oatmeal

1 container(s)

White self-rising flour

¾ cup(s)

Sea salt

1 pinch(es), optional


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a small pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine yogurt, oatmeal, and flour with your hands (mixture will be quite dry); knead dough a few times. Put a little flour on your hands; divide dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a rope; pinch ends of each rope together to form a bagel. Place on prepared pan; sprinkle with an optional pinch of sea salt.
  3. Bake until cooked through and lightly browned, about 15 minutes.
  4. Serving size: 1 bagel
