Plum tomato
2 medium
Garlic

Shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Dried oregano

Fresh basil

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray.

Place flatbread on baking sheet and bake just until lightly crisp, about 4 minutes.

Remove from oven and arrange tomatoes on flatbread and sprinkle with garlic. Top evenly with mozzarella and oregano. Bake until cheese is melted, about 4 minutes. Sprinkle with basil. Cut into 4 wedges.
