Bring water and salt to boil in small saucepan. Add rice and stir to separate grains. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 18 minutes. Remove saucepan from heat and let stand, covered, 5 to 10 minutes or until ready to serve. Fluff with fork just before serving.
