Peanut Butter & Co. Pure peanut powder6 Tbsp

- 1. Spray a 11x17-inch pan with cooking spray and set aside.
- 2. Heat a large saucepan on low heat. Melt butter spread being sure to coat the bottom of the pot to prevent sticking. Add marshmallows and peanut powder and melt on low flame. Stir until completely melted and mixed thoroughly, then remove from heat.
- 3. Add crispy rice cereal to the melted marshmallows and stir until completely combined, working quickly, before the before the marshmallows cool. Press into the buttered pan with wax paper.
- 4. Allow to cool and cut into 2x1-inch squares. Store in an airtight container and serve within 1 week.
