Ingredients

banana(s)

4 large, ripe

vanilla extract

½ tsp

salted creamy peanut butter

3 Tbsp

peanuts

½ Tbsp, chopped, roasted, salted

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas and cut them into 1-inch chunks. Place them in a large zip-close plastic freezer bag. Seal and freeze until frozen solid, 2–3 hours.
  2. Place frozen bananas in food processor; puree, scraping down side of bowl with rubber spatula. Add vanilla extract and peanut butter and pulse.
  3. Serve immediately or, for firmer texture, transfer to container and freeze until ready to serve; allow to soften about 10 minutes at room temperature. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
