The classic combination of peanut butter and banana makes these pancakes a yummy way to start the day! They only take 7 minutes to put together, so they'll soon become your go-to breakfast on a busy morning. Simply stir together the dry ingredients in one bowl, then whisk the wet ingredients, which include mashed banana, powdered peanut butter, milk, and an egg in another bowl, then mix them both together to make the batter. Cook the pancakes until they reach that perfect golden brown color, top with some fresh, seasonal fruit, and this sweet, savory breakfast is ready to go.
