This warm, open-faced sandwich is a fabulous way to use up leftover shredded chicken. Search for the "Thousand Island dressing" in the WW app or feel free to use your favorite bottled reduced-fat Russian or Thousand island dressing. For a sandwich with a crispy bottom, heat this recipe in an air fryer at 400℉ for about 4 minutes.
