This warm, open-faced sandwich is a fabulous way to use up leftover shredded chicken. Search for the "Thousand Island dressing" in the WW app or feel free to use your favorite bottled reduced-fat Russian or Thousand island dressing. For a sandwich with a crispy bottom, heat this recipe in an air fryer at 400℉ for about 4 minutes.

Light rye bread

Thousand Island dressing, reduced fat
1 Tbsp, or reduced-fat Russian dressing
Hamburger pickle chips
3 chip(s)
Cooked shredded chicken breast
3 oz
Sauerkraut
2 Tbsp, drained, refrigerated, drained
Light Swiss cheese
1 oz

Preheat broiler to high.

Place bread on a small baking sheet; spread dressing over bread and place pickles on top. Layer on chicken, sauerkraut, and cheese. Transfer to broiler, and cook until cheese is golden and bubbly, 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately.
